Friends Robert and Sharon were two of the thousands who celebrated NY in Sydney, something I would LOVE LOVE to do some day, can't wait to hear about their experience. We did something much more exciting of course!!!8:45pm and all is well!! Late night revellers we are not :)
The Gross family came laden with an enormous amount of food and we ploughed through that for dinner - they give new meaning to hamburger!!
This was followed by our own "Fireworks" display.
We really churned up those sparklers!
Neveah loved them, Nash was not really that interested, I mean when you are choosing between sparklers and your tractor man, there's really no choice!
Nash did like the finger lasers though.
The Gross' headed back up to the Mount for the fireworks, The Perryman's headed to slumberland! All in bed before 10pm. I did try to stay awake to watch the Sydney fire works but could not keep the peepers open, so the replay today will just have to do.
