ARRIVING USA

It has been a long time in the planning but we finally arrived! It was so good to see Meg and Payton after 14 hours from from Melbourne to Los Angeles, a 6 hour shop over there and another 2 hours to Seattle. Meg and Adam have moved from Capitol Hill which is downtown Seattle to Shoreline in the suburbs, but not just any suburb, it's right on Puget sound with magnificent views over the water.
When we arrived home there was a little message from Payton on our bedroom doors handle-sweet!




This is the back of their home which is on three levels, the most enjoyable one is the one with the deck.






And here we are. Having evening drinks on the deck, a regular treat.

The weather has been great so we saw some of the sites with an evening walk. Here is Adam and little Hudson

Bedtime for Hudson is two stories, hugs and kisses, down into the cot with the baby noisy thing going and that is it until either Adam or Megan go down the next morning to wake him - amazing sleeper, then he has 2 or 3 hours each day as well!
