On the phone to Bigpond trying to work out a problem with my email send/receive. Do I look calm and in control? Yep! That's because I was FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was my 4th call to fix the problem - the first 3 calls were taken by people with distinct and sometimes hard to understand Indian accents and after long and protracted conversations I ended up exactly where I started, actually I ended up further back - to make matters worse I knew what the problem was and how to rectify it but could not make it understood until the FOURTH ATTEMPT and finally an Aussie girl who fixed the problem in a few minutes GOD BLESS HER :)
