Last night we were hit by a storm of Kamikazi Crickets! Hundreds and hundreds of them appeared from who knows where? Well it seems no one knows why or from where. I could hear the thump of them hitting the windows for a couple of hours before bed. I thought that they were HUGE moths trying to get to the light and was in for a shock in the morning when I found some many on the balcony and especially in the garage, but also on the walls of the house outside!
And these are the left overs today
In the garage on the shoe rack, our shoes were covered in the little critters!
Allan swept as many out as he could.....
But they keep popping up in all sorts of places and we can still hear their cute little chirp that I know wont sound so cute at 3am :)
