Here's a pic of a packet of Marie Biscuits - Cookies for you guys, I know your biscuits are like our scones?? I think!
I found it hard to describe a "Marie" biscuit Sherry, and when I googled I couldn't copy the info into my blog page, so if you google Marie Biscuit, you will find the info and LOTS more recipes. It is a humble little cookie tht we give to our babies when they have started solids and it is the base for lots of other recipes from Bron's apricot nibbles to cheesecake base.

re: Ornaments. I looked for months for an ornament made in Texas too. Not an easy task. I'm sure the koalas crumple some of the leaves before eating them. :o)
