It was a bit of nostalgia that took us back to the beautiful Bay of Islands on the north island of NZ
We took a pacific cruise a year after we were married - our delayed honeymoon :) We looked a little different - if the photo albums were not packed away I'd add a scanned photo and the township of Russell and the other one! Can't remember the name right this second also looked different, but there was enough to remind us of our trip there 30+ years ago!
The weather was rather different this time around! It looks delightful and it was, but looks can be deceiving - it was very very chilly.
............and cold and wet and wild and windy the day we took a boat trip around the islands.
