First day out and while some of us were relaxing on deck thinking just how lucky we were.........

Someone was below deck trying to get a handle on the electronics! And he did so very well, didn't take him long to work things out...

So, back to the top deck, or the back deck or the end deck, whatever it was it was a good place to be - until, as the boat increased in speed so did the amount of water on the lovebird's seat! A nice foot massage almost turned into a bidet!! Or the English translation a "wash of the bottom bits"!

In no time it was drinks at sunset...

....and that, turned into .......THIS. A beautiful welcome to the Whitsundays, a little slice of heaven.

The beautiful Nara Inlet (or Naru Inslet as Christened by Guv!). We spent a night here.

A nice little bit of coral to check out.

Now, totally out of sequence, but here we are on the famous Whitehaven Beach. We parked the boat, or to use the correct nautical term, I think we moored the boat. Actually, "we" had nothing at all to do with the mooring process, the boys did that! This is the picture RD has on his office wall (minus A & C) and his dream of cruising to this beach was realised! Thanks for your dream and for taking us with you RD xx

This gorgeous gorgeous beach is part of Hills Inlet, pure clean white sand that squeaked under your feet. One of my favourite spots.

And the old buddies, just a few short years ago we were Grade One and Two buddies at Kongorong Primary School, in a flash of time we are walking on a beautiful beach in the Whitsundays and we haven't changed one little bit!! Nope not one little bit, but one great big bit!!

Cheers, from the Whitsundays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
