HEY FELLOW BLOGGERS

Can anyone tell me how to get bigger photos with an upload??? I seem stuck with the one size and can't find the option for larger! Do I need to save them in photobucket first? HELP!!!

YE AULDS!

My BFF Tracy had her whole family home this weekend, so the perfect opportunity to snap some happy family pics. With Meg in Victoria and Ben in WA these opportunities don't come around as often as Tracy would like - so she was a happy little vegemite today to have her big babies and little babies around. Little Max, ever smiling helped to wake big sister Charley (or Cha Cha as he calls her) up for the occasion

Still a little sleepy, but with the promise of some lippy from Nan Nan...
She was up for it!

So here you are Aulds, a sneek preview - Hope you like?

PS Meg, just click on the photo for a larger view xx

I HOPE YOU REMEMBER THIS

Summer has been a bit hit and miss this year, more miss than hit! But last Sunday we had a warm summer's autumn day - I'm sure it was the last as we march towards winter :( So the girls and I headed to the beach for a walk before going home.

The sky blue, no wind and a warm sun, it was the perfect recipe. I noticed the big girls in deep conversation. While little one frolicked around them.
So I followed at a distance and watched, snapping pics.
I thought to myself, "I hope you remember this girls"

A walk on the beach with the warm sun on you back and lots to talk about!
Little one ...
Continued to run ....
And squeal....
And splash .... And smile!

"I hope you remember this girls" - I know I will :)

KYLE THE FISHERMAN

A lot of people do a day's fishing with Allan, mostly for the experience and often the most they experience is providing burley to the fish! Not Kyle! Not Canadian Kyle!
He is one of the very very very few who enjoyed the day, worked the deck ie, gaffed, pulled, baited and released the pots.
Kyle, you are an official "Mate" onboard the Aquatrice!
Officially Canadian/Aussie Mate Kyle!
You're a great mate to Adam

A good mate to Allan

Take this memory home to Canada.......tell everyone about the big one you caught and how good those lobster taste :)
We're gonna miss you Mate !

OUR LITTLE RUNNER

She ran in the 100m and 200m sprints and came in 4th in both events.

She finished off with the 800m and ran a third :)

That is the third best 9 year old 800m runner in the whole of the Lower South East. Well done Bean.

And she also spent the day with her BFF Tyne who was not only the winner of the 800m, but also the 100m and 200m - She definitely has a future in athletics and is off to the state finals! Well done Tynie!

The Field Days

It was warm and sunny and lots to see, do and eat!
The bunny was a favourite.

The ice cream more so!

This was my favourite in the Scarecrow section - I'm a traditionalist when it comes to scarecrows!

But there were lots too choose from - Robert for instance!

The gorgeous chef.

Someone took a lot of time and effort to weld this one together, not sure what it was exactly.

The 'green' bunyip, I think he might possibly be related to our Blue Lake Bunyip!

Then there were the unusual letter boxes! This one is made from an old desk and computer but I like the happy one in the background!

The Holden

"This one has a big butt Nan!"

And Ethel the sheep!

The flying pig - the very happy flying pig!

The Sherrin - very Australian

The kids tent was great (not just for the kids)

I had the chance to sit awhile - while the kids blew off some more energy.

I don't know where they store all that energy - if I could harness it and sell it I'd be rich!

The environmental displays were the best for the kids.

Interactive and just the right size.

Lots of things to learn and bits to collect.
Scary things that used to roam the earth that didn't scare the kids at all!

And seats, coffee and biscuits for the olds while the youngin's investigated!
