LET'G GO TO THE MOUNT GAMBIER SHOW!!

Is this what you expect to see at a country agricultural show? Well there are the animals....

And the Dagwood Dogs (sorry sisters, photo only, I really couldn't stomach one of those!). All the rides and showbags and sideshows and exhibitions and horse trials and lots more..But, this is what I go for..........

To watch these gorgeous girls fling...
and sword

...and swing some more - I love the swish of the kilt!!!! We watch the other dancers.............

and be entertained by a gorgeous little three year old! What a good girls she was to watch her two big sisters dance for over three hours in 35 degree heat and not complain once.

Baie danced two new dances, the names of which escape me at the moment, but one I think called "Barracks" was so sweet. She also has a new outfit for the Chantreus, or Lilt or Flora hope I have one right out of that lot!
How sweet is this little dress with the Scottish sash and brooch! There is more to the outfit to come, an over skirt and vest, but they are permitted to dance in the white part and it looks very sweet and girlishy .........hmmmm not sure if that's a real word, but you get my drift???

She is miss Elegance - and it is just how she dances.

DADDY MADE IT JUST IN TIME TO SEE THE LAST DANCES - YAY!!

Then it was time for a change of clothes and head off for some fun in side show alley!

Headin' off on camp........A Day at Cape Bridgewater

So full of excitement and ready to set of for a day at Cape Bridgewater with classmates! Bag packed, sunscreen on and the sun shining - recipe for a perfect day at the beach.
A big walk to see the seals was part of the day's itinerary.
Beautiful Cape Bridgewater.
............and beautiful Baie :)

We Have a Shed - At Last

It's always great when 'something' happens on the block and last week saw the construction of our shed. There was a couple of weeks delay which has also delayed our plans to move stuff out of the house to get started on the clean up and clear out. We've done quite a bit of both, but it's left the house full of boxes and stuff everywhere! Cupboards and wardrobes are cleared and cleaned and we are making do with a couple of saucepans and bowls etc and not encountering too many problems!

So here's the frame - Oh! You worked that one out all by yourself? Well, read on!
Walls? Yes, got that one right too.
The little room is for the freezer............... Bet you didn't know that??And the finished (almost) product - they were short a couple of sheets.
Electrician started to wire it up today and Allan and Dad started moving "shed stuff" in.
So, "Let the Games Begin"!

"Lift me up there Allan" she says.......
So up she goes.........She has to drop and trust that Grandad will catch her! - Can she do it? Yes she can!
She's down and

"Do it again Allan" - and he does!

Then it's time for big sisters to have some fun too............

They all trust their Grandad!

Yummy Scrummy Gorgeous Boy

Don't you agree?!!

BABY LOVES HIS BATH

Have baby baths changed a little over the years? Check it out.......It's hydromatic!!
It's systematic!!!
It's........... now I'm getting carried away! Had a flash back to Grease - watched it again last night!
So, back to the baby bath - it has it all; a little sling inside the bath so baby can just lay back and enjoy; a head rest so his little head is most comfortable! Just too cute.

Baby really loves his bath................
And he loves a shower too - but we'll save those pics for another day!
